  I've been in this industry for over 30 years as a retailer in my early years, followed by years as a wholesale rep. Trimira, while a relative new player in the Hi-Fi retail market in Brisbane, it's owner Tristan has many previous years of experience in this industry with his previous employers. This is where he has been able to harness all the good experiences from the past to create one of the best Hi-Fi stores in Brisbane. Tristan has bucked the trend and is happy to stock a range of quality products to cater for all including those with expensive tastes that will settle for only the best our industry has to offer. But stocking quality brands is only part of his success, his product knowledge is fantastic and up there with the best in this industry, but pales in comparison to his excellent customer service, a rare commodity in today's retail market. I have no reservations in recommending people to this store, I know they will be well looked after, will receive the right advice and be exposed to a range of quality products. If you love your Hi-Fi and haven't paid a visit to this store, do yourself a favour and go in for a truly exception experience.

  Outstanding service and advice. Tristan is professional without being an audiophile snob like some other pro hifi guys. And I got the best deal on my B&W speakers in Brisbane. Big thanks mate I love em.
